Founded in 2017, the Pearland Martin Luther King Celebration Committee brings neighbors together to honor Dr. King’s vision of equality, justice, and service across northern Brazoria County.
Our mission is to foster unity and inclusion through charitable, educational, and literary initiatives that challenge discrimination and encourage community engagement. From cultural gatherings to youth scholarships, our work connects celebration with lasting opportunity.
Our flagship events are our annual MLKCC Scholarship Gala and our Juneteenth Celebration.
